Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
As yet we cannot accept orders online from outside the UK. We can however process your order on the phone 01204 364467, fax 01204 364409 or via email sales@colourjet.com.
We accept Visa, Mastercard (excludind Maestro), Switch and Solo sorry but we do not accept American Express . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Please note: we are a UK-based company. All our prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
Shipping And Handling
THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE SHOWN! this applies to online and UK ordering only.
Orders from outside the UK will be charged for delivery at the least expensive secure rates our sales represenative will advise when you have placed your order.
Delivery Schedule
Colourjet will endeavour to ensure that orders are completed and dispatched within normal working hours on the day of receipt of order.
Back Orders
As yet we do not have the facility to back order.
Tax Charges
For online and UK orders 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. All goods within this time are supplied on a sale or return basis with the option of a full refund or replacement goods if not fully satisfied. Trading with Colourjet does not affect your Statutory Rights as a Consumer.
